With over 15 years of clinical and academic experience, he is a recognized expert in cardiology and critical care medicine. Prof. Hekimian is an active member of the Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de R\u00e9animation de Langue Fran\u00e7aise and has authored more than 100 scientific publications. At Sant\u00e9 Arm\u00e9nie Medical Academy, he contributes as a trainer, sharing his expertise in modern approaches to intensive care and cardiology.                        <\/p>\n                    <\/div>\n                                                        <div class=\"member-box\">\n                        <div class=\"heading-section\">\n                            <h2 class=\"thin-heading\"><\/h2>\n                            <h2 class=\"bold-heading\">Dr. Tifenn Boisseau, MD<\/h2>\n                            <h2 class=\"small-heading\">\n                                                                    Emergency medicine physician                                                            <\/h2>\n                        <\/div>\n                        <div class=\"colored-images\">\n                            <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.santearmenieacademy.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Tifenn-Boisseau-bw-e1758470644118.png\" alt=\"\">\n                        <\/div>\n                        <p class=\"paragraph\">\n                            Dr. Tifenn Boisseau is an emergency medicine physician at the University Hospital Centre of Poitiers, where she works in the Emergency Department and Emergency Medical Service. She has extensive experience across emergency medicine, intensive care, cardiology, pediatrics, and infectious diseases, having trained in leading hospitals across France. Since 2022, Dr. Boisseau has been an active member of Sant\u00e9 Arm\u00e9nie, where she leads the Emergency Medicine Group and develops training programs for Armenian health professionals. She has organized and delivered emergency medicine training in Goris and Kapan hospitals and is also engaged in humanitarian and volunteer activities, including support for war victims in Artsakh.<br \/>\n                        <\/p>\n                    <\/div>\n                                                        <div class=\"member-box\">\n                        <div class=\"heading-section\">\n                            <h2 class=\"thin-heading\"><\/h2>\n                            <h2 class=\"bold-heading\">Mrs. Gayane Khachatryan-Hovhannisyan<\/h2>\n                            <h2 class=\"small-heading\">\n                                                                    Certified nurse anesthetist                                                            <\/h2>\n                        <\/div>\n                        <div class=\"colored-images\">\n                            <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.santearmenieacademy.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Gayane-Khachatryan-Hovhannisyan-bw.png\" alt=\"\">\n                        <\/div>\n                        <p class=\"paragraph\">\n                            Mrs. Gayane Khachatryan-Hovhannisyan is a certified nurse anesthetist at Simone Veil Hospital in France, specializing in anesthesia, obstetrics, and critical care. With over 20 years of professional experience in Armenia and France, she has worked in surgical intensive care, obstetrics, and perioperative monitoring. Since 2020, she has been actively engaged with Sant\u00e9 Arm\u00e9nie, leading initiatives for nurse training and capacity building in Armenia. Each year, she organizes national conferences and practical workshops across different regions of Armenia, reaching and training more than 700 nurses. Through her humanitarian and professional contributions, Mrs. Khachatryan-Hovhannisyan plays a key role in strengthening Franco-Armenian collaboration in nursing and healthcare education.                        <\/p>\n                    <\/div>\n                                                        <div class=\"member-box\">\n                        <div class=\"heading-section\">\n                            <h2 class=\"thin-heading\"><\/h2>\n                            <h2 class=\"bold-heading\">Prof. Ars\u00e8ne Mekinian, MD, PhD<\/h2>\n                            <h2 class=\"small-heading\">\n                                                                    University professor and hospital practitioner                                                            <\/h2>\n                        <\/div>\n                        <div class=\"colored-images\">\n                            <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.santearmenieacademy.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/6-Arsene-2-scaled-1-e1756500138345.jpg\" alt=\"\">\n                        <\/div>\n                        <p class=\"paragraph\">\n                            Prof. Ars\u00e8ne Mekinian is a university professor and hospital practitioner in the Department of Internal Medicine at Saint Antoine Hospital, Paris. He specializes in systemic diseases and has extensive clinical and academic expertise in autoimmune and autoinflammatory conditions. Prof. Mekinian serves as the President of Sant\u00e9 Arm\u00e9nie, where he leads strategic initiatives fostering Franco-Armenian collaboration in healthcare, medical education, and clinical research. He has been principal investigator and chief investigator in multiple international clinical trials, particularly in the fields of Sj\u00f6gren\u2019s syndrome, giant cell arteritis, and recurrent miscarriages. She has 28 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry at Merck & Co in France, where she held leadership roles across medical, marketing, and sales departments, and served as Business Unit Director for primary care products for 15 years. Beyond her professional career, she has been deeply engaged in community leadership: President of AGBU France and AGBU Europe since 2016, and a member of the AGBU Central Board since 2020. She is also Treasurer and General Secretary of the Coordination Council of Armenian Organizations in France (CCAF) and serves on the Board of the French University in Armenia (UFAR). As Treasurer and co-founder of Sant\u00e9 Arm\u00e9nie, Mrs. Gortzounian plays a key role in advancing Franco-Armenian healthcare collaboration.
