Learning Objectives

The main objective of the course is to contribute to the professional development of nurse anesthetists in Armenia by enabling them to take a more active and independent role in the anesthetic care process, enhance patient safety, and align clinical practice with international standards.

By the end of the webinar, participants will be able to:

  • Understand the anatomical and physiological foundations required for performing epidural and spinal anesthesia.

  • Identify the most common indications in surgical, obstetric, and pain management settings.

  • Determine contraindications and limitations to ensure the safe conduct of the procedure.

  • Actively participate in equipment preparation, proper patient positioning, and provide support to the physician.

  • Ensure appropriate patient monitoring and timely identification of potential complications.

  • Strengthen professional competencies and contribute to the continuous development of anesthesia practice in Armenia.

Certificates

A certificate will be awarded to participants who:

  • Register via the provided link,

  • Attend at least 90% of the session (please note: the webinar will start exactly at 10:00),

  • Complete the post-test and achieve a score of 70% or higher.

Accreditation

Participants will be awarded 2 CME theoretical credits.
