Learning Objectives

The aim of the webinar is to strengthen nurses’ knowledge and confidence in the proper management of pain during childbirth, as well as to improve collaboration with the anesthesiology team, ensuring the safety and well-being of the woman in labor.

By the end of the webinar, nurses will be able to:

  • Have a general understanding of the causes and progression of labor pain.

  • Identify the main methods of pain relief, including simple non-pharmacological techniques and basic anesthesia options (e.g., epidural anesthesia).

  • Provide accurate information to the woman in labor, helping her understand the available options throughout the entire process.

  • Monitor and inform the physician if pain worsens or if additional anesthetic support is required.

  • Support the woman in labor on a psychological and care level, creating a calmer and safer environment.

Results

50 specialists participated in the webinar and successfully completed the post-test.

In response to the question “How would you rate the course content?”, all participants gave a rating of “5.”

To the question “Was the information provided clear and easy to understand?”, 47 participants answered “Yes,” 2 answered “Rather yes,” and 1 participant did not respond.

Overall, in response to the question “How satisfied are you with the course?”, 48 participants gave a rating of “5,” 1 gave a “4,” and 1 participant did not respond.

Learning Objectives

A certificate will be awarded to participants who:

  • Register via the provided link,

  • Attend at least 90% of the session (please note: the webinar will start exactly at 10:00),

  • Complete the post-test and achieve a score of 70% or higher.

Accreditation

The course is currently undergoing the accreditation process by the RA Ministry of Health.
Additional information regarding credit points will be published once the official order is approved.

As the number of participants is strictly limited (only 50 participants), priority will be given to specialists directly involved in the childbirth care process.
